Water Damage
Mold Inspection (Lab tests are an extra fee)
 

What you'll have

You will have a complete and thorough property inspection that will have several pictures of key home components, as well as potential issues.  If you would like, we can also make suggestions on what improvements we would make in the near future to mitigate potential financial pitfalls, i.e. the water heater is 25 years-old and should be replaced soon, even though it has passed our visual inspection.  It may be an older unit that was installed well before energy efficiency was a catchphrase.
